What we collect

When you join, we save your email address and the time you signed up, plus the version and time of your explicit acceptance of the Beta Terms and NDA. If you choose to provide them, we also save your home city and next destination. These fields are optional. We do not ask for a travel itinerary, precise location, or an app password.

Why we collect it

We retain terms-acceptance records to document your agreement and administer confidentiality obligations. Records are kept only as needed for those purposes or applicable legal requirements; a deletion request may not require removal of records we must lawfully retain.

We use optional city choices to understand community demand and plan beta availability. We use your address to manage the waitlist and send TrvlBē beta invitations and launch updates. Joining the list does not create an app account or guarantee immediate beta access.

Storage and service providers

The waitlist is stored in a database connected to this site. Hosting and database providers process the information to operate the service. The page does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts; hosting services may process technical request data to deliver and protect the site.

Your choices

You can leave the waitlist and ask for your signup record to be removed. Beta invitation emails will include a way to contact TrvlBē. We remove waitlist records when requested or when they are no longer needed for beta and launch communications.
