Beta terms
& confidentiality.

Effective October 8, 2026 · Version waitlist-nda-2026-10-08-v1

Accepting these terms when you join the waitlist includes a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) for nonpublic beta information. Public marketing materials remain public.

Acceptance and scope

By checking the acceptance box and submitting the TrvlBē beta waitlist form, you agree to these terms with TravelBug Holdings LLC (“Company”). The confidentiality obligations below form a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) between you and Company and apply to nonpublic beta information you receive after acceptance, including during any private beta access. Joining does not guarantee an invitation or create an app account. Existing signups are not bound by these new terms unless they separately accept them.

Confidential beta information

“Confidential Information” means nonpublic information Company provides or makes available through the private beta that is marked confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential in the circumstances. This includes unreleased features and functionality; software, source and object code, algorithms, architecture, APIs, technical documentation and security information; nonpublic designs, interfaces, images, artwork, screenshots, recordings and other beta assets; and nonpublic product plans, test instructions and technical performance information.

Confidential Information excludes information that you can show was lawfully known to you without a confidentiality obligation, independently developed without using Confidential Information, lawfully received from another source without a confidentiality obligation, or publicly available through no breach by you. Company’s public website, authorized public screenshots and publicly released marketing materials are not Confidential Information merely because they describe the beta.

Your confidentiality obligations

Use Confidential Information only to participate in the authorized beta and provide feedback to Company. Protect it with reasonable care. Without Company’s prior written permission, do not disclose it to other people; publish or share private-beta screenshots, recordings, assets, documentation or technical details; distribute beta builds or access credentials; or upload Confidential Information to external repositories, AI services or other third-party tools. Send feedback through Company’s designated channels. Promptly notify support@trvlbe.com of any unauthorized disclosure you discover.

These obligations continue for three years after your beta access ends. Information qualifying as a trade secret remains protected for as long as it qualifies under applicable law.

Ownership and permitted use

Company and its licensors retain all rights in TrvlBē’s software, technology, code, designs, trademarks, logos, images, artwork and other Company-provided materials. Beta access grants a limited, personal, nontransferable, revocable right to use the authorized beta for testing; it does not transfer ownership or grant rights to reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit those materials. Do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their applicable licenses.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. Nothing here gives Company ownership of another person’s photographs, copyrighted material or other rights it does not own. Company may use voluntary product feedback to improve TrvlBē under a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license, without payment; this permission does not transfer ownership of your uploads or authorize publication of your personal information.

End of access and remedies

When you leave the waitlist, Company ends your beta access, or Company reasonably requests it, stop using the beta and delete Company’s Confidential Information in your possession, except records you are legally required to retain, which remain confidential. Company may suspend or end access for a breach and seek remedies available under applicable law, including court-ordered relief where the legal requirements are met. No automatic penalty or fixed damages are imposed by these terms.

Protected disclosures and lawful rights

Nothing in these terms prohibits lawful reports to regulators, law enforcement or an attorney; disclosures required by law; or other legally protected conduct. For a compelled disclosure, give Company advance notice and disclose only what is required when legally permitted. You need not notify or obtain permission from Company for protected reports to authorities.

To the extent 18 U.S.C. § 1833(b) applies, you will not be liable under federal or state trade-secret law for a disclosure made confidentially to a government official or attorney solely to report or investigate a suspected legal violation, or in a lawsuit filing made under seal. The statute also permits specified use in an anti-retaliation lawsuit, subject to its requirements.

These terms do not prohibit honest reviews or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Any applicable confidentiality restriction concerns protected nonpublic information, not the expression of opinions.
